The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of results.
Where we manage advertising for you, your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (for example Meta) from your own account, at cost. We do not mark up ad spend. You are responsible for your own ad account and for any platform charges.

We do not guarantee a specific number of jobs, appointments, or revenue unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
